One 45 Minute Coaching Session

In this one-time session, we will work together to accomplish the following:

• We will do problem solving for the greatest issue effecting your life

• We will discuss options to change things that are depleting you

• We will strategize and provide you with next steps

  
  

  This Life By Design Jumpstart Strategy Session is intended for you to gain knowledge of how the coaching process works.  This is a normal working coaching session where you will leave with solid steps for moving forward.  You will not leave empty handed.

  At the conclusion of the session, you have the opportunity to ask any questions you have about the overall process, hear about what programs are available and setup sessions for whichever coaching package you may choose.

  
  

  This session will be scheduled for 1 hr.
