My Personal Journey
Like so many professional women, I once lived a life filled to the brim with stress. I constantly felt anxious, discontentment and filled with frustration. Juggling my many roles left me questioning my life purpose and asking, was “it all” worth it.
I spent far too many years wearing my many masks as I attempted to be everything I thought I was supposed to be.
I believed in and submitted to my perfectionism and need to control everything around me. Internally, feelings of failure would often consume me.
I am, and always will be, a woman of passionate leadership who manages multiple roles. The difference now is, I am no longer appearing to be a confident woman on the outside while fighting struggles on the inside.
Admitting my life had become unmanageable was one of the most difficult things I every did.
For me, this only came after some poor life choices as I attempted to maintain my outward sense of order and “having it all together.” I am thankful for embracing transparency and the balance in being challenged, but not over doing it.
By the grace of God, I discovered that the solution to managing a stress filled life is a serenity filled life.
I’m not talking about serene moments that happen once in while taking a vacation. Nor, is serenity the result of things going the way I think they should.
Rather, serenity is about confident peace and contentment during the natural chaos of the full and vibrant life of a woman who leads.

Why I do what I do…..
I’ve been blessed with a very full and successful life – personally and professionally. As you can gather, I’ve also made plenty of mistakes along the way. Stress got the best of me too many times in my journey.
As I was called into coaching, it became clear to me that all I had experienced and learned from those stressful years would not go to waste. I help executive women live a thriving life as they navigate the discontent, loneliness, perfectionism and more that all women who lead struggle wtih.
I understand that you carry the weight of the world on your shoulders.
I love the process of coaching, and the deep introspection offered through my intimate retreats, because it is exactly what a high-achieving executive woman appreciates.
My greatest desire is to see every woman called to lead find authentic serenity and the readiness to invest and persevere in the impact God created and designed her for.
