The foundation of courage is servant leadership. I would love to hear in the comments below what you think about that. Some will agree and, no doubt, some will not.
The reason this is true is because anyone in leadership can expect to be served. But, it takes a strong courageous leader to see themselves as the one to serve, rather than be served.
Servant Leadership in the Nutshell
A servant leader lives by a mindset that recognizes all people have value. Secondly, their desire is to always add value to people. It’s a core value.
That is the heart of a servant leader.
This is where the One Life to THRIVE community for women who lead is going to provide such great servant leader opportunities! More on this later.
How Servant Leadership Effects Your IMPACT
You were created and designed for a unique impact in this world. An impact that only you can fulfill.
This is true because God created each person on this planet as unique individuals – no two are exactly alike. Therefore, only you have the right mix of skills, personality, characteristics and God-calling to fulfill your life purpose.
If you don’t move forward in fulfilling your unique impact, God will use continue to use others to accomplish His ultimate plan, but your unique calling will be lost. SAD!
Jesus is the best example of servant leadership that you will ever find.
God is ALWAYS molding us in the image of Jesus. For you to flourish in the impact He created you for, He will deal with you in any areas of servant leadership you struggle with:
- your own humility,
- loving others unconditionally,
- leading for the benefit of others,
- always seeking to add value to the lives of others,
- encouraging others to see their own self-worth,
- developing others to be great leaders,
- helping others stand on the firm foundation of Jesus.
All that is necessary for you to have the leadership impact in this world He has for you.
Your Courage is Critical
God wants women who are willing:
- Willing to allow Him to mold and change you.
- Willing to follow wherever He calls you.
- Willing to say, “use me Lord in however you choose.”
This “willingness” takes courage! It is not a path for the faint at heart.
It is not a path for those who really want to walk both sides of the street; God’s path on Sunday’s and Wednesday’s and the path of your choosing other days.
Where do you get the courage you need?
It begins with a sliver of willingness to say, “Lord I’m willing for you to make me willing.” Just that little bit, when you come to Him with a sincere heart to serve and glorify Him with your life, will put His mighty work into action like you’ve never experienced before.

This community will provide you with the support you need to stay the course in the IMPACT God is calling you to.
