Women are key; key to every facet of life. Women influence everyone everywhere. The question is not, “am I having an influence?” The question is, “what influence am I having?” Your influence is directly effected by how well you are taking care of yourself.

Whether you consider yourself a leader or not, ultimately you are. Granted, some women are in positions with a title that makes their role as a leader quite clear. Many women who lead do not have a “leadership” title.

God has placed you where you are by design. He has given you skills and He has called you. Leadership is not reserved for those with seemingly extreme confidence, outgoing personalities or those who are well spoken.

You are in a unique position where God has placed you. No matter what your role is, it involves influence. Furthermore, your destination has not been reached. Do these facts make you a leader? YES!

That’s what leadership is; influence. This is not about numbers. (I can hear that voice in your head!) Ponder this additional fact – one person influences one other person that leads to the influence of more people than you will ever know. The ripple effect of God’s glory is a beautiful thing!

John C. Maxwell states, “leadership is influence.”

If you are one that struggles with the thought of being a leader, please do not allow the word “leadership” to cloud the truth that you were created and designed for a unique area of influence.

Intimate Group Overview

Influence Multiplied is the mission of One Life to TRIVE, LLC. It is the focus of all coaching, intimate groups and retreats. Therefore, this group is for women who desire to fully embrace the influence God has called them too.

Weekly topics, coupled with the formats noted, will help each woman stay on solid ground and experience solid growth. Grounded in the leadership and influence role where God has you. Growth in skills, confidence, and self-care to multiply your influence.

A critically important component of your ability to fully embrace your influence is a safe community that allows you to be vulnerable; knowing you can share your fears and struggles without judgement, seek input when desired and know you will simply be listened too by like-minded supportive friends – all in confidence.

This is an ‘intimate group’ with only 7 spots available. God has had me working with intimate women’s groups for years. He has shown me over and over again the extrodinary benefits provided by a small community environment that is trustworthy and provides the safety to be vulnerable.

Group Logistics

Group meets for 7 consecutive Mondays; one hour sessions.
A maximum of 7 participants. This limitation exists for the benefit of all participants.
Group sessions meet via zoom using your computer or phone. Video is optional.
As a participant in this group, you receive discounted pricing on other One Life to THRIVE, LLC services.
A private online forum will allow discussions to continue outside of group sessions.
Due to the confidential nature of this intimate community, group sessions will not be recorded beyond the welcome session.

Calendar invites make it easy to add each date to your calendar.
Reminder notices will include topic comments 48 hours prior to each session.
Ensure your calendar accurately represents each group session and set your own reminders (1 day prior, 30 minutes prior, etc.)

Group Formats

Learn, Share, Apply – A more structured format of 3 parts:
- Information and inspiration (“Learn”) on the designated topic will occur during the first 15 minutes followed by:
- A time of reflection and discussion (“Share”) for approximately 20-30 minutes.
- The remainder of the hour will include setting action(s) (“Apply”) to your learning (as you deem appropriate).
Open Share – A less structured format. Get things off your heart and mind! A safe space to release – there’s nothing you can’t share here! While a topic is listed for 2 of these sessions, the focus will be on what you bring. The topics are present to help foster discussion and sharing.

Overview of Topics

The Discipline of Thinking – Life is busy, everyone wants your attention, you’ve got so much to get done. When is there time to just think? If you actually make time to think, then what? What do you do with the ideas that arise; things that God reveals?
What’s on Your Heart? – These 2 sessions of open share will provide a time to share/discuss whatever is taking up too much mind/heart space. Get it out there and begin the the process of not allowing ‘it’ to have some level of control over you. While these sessions have a suggested topic, as with all sessions, you are free to share on anything you want/need to.
7 Pillars of Influence – Many things lend to a heart of influence. 7 foundational things include: Listen, DWYSYWD, Mission Critical, Communication, Inventory, Who, Courage
Inner Circle – Everyone needs people who lift them up, speak truth, listen without judgement and assist. Learn the roles you need and what to look for.
Strengthen Your Pillars / Inner Circle – Discussion and sharing around which of the 7 pillars escapes you and which of the 7 pillars excels in you? Along with this, what help you may need to create/maintain your inner circle.
Kingdom Influence – Discussion and sharing of where God has you, what He is calling you too and what help you may need.
